General White (ホワイト将軍,Howaito Shōgun) é um dos três oficiais de alta patente do Exército Red Ribbon, junto com o General Blue e o General Copper. Ele é um grande antagonista da Saga Red Ribbon da série Dragon Ball original e do filme Dragon Ball: The Path to Power.
